Keto Cinnamon Roll Recipe

Start by melting the mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl, until soft. Microwave in 20-30-second intervals until the shredded mozzarella cheese fully melts.

Line the muffin pan with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 360°F (180°C).

Add milk and lemon juice to a mixing bowl and let it sit for 10-15 minutes for vegan buttermilk.

  • 300gm vegan yogurt

  • 5-6 tbsp strong black coffee
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder(unsweetened)

Start by boiling dates and cashews in hot water for 15 minutes. On the other hand, Add ground almonds, oat flour, baking powder, and salt to a mixing bowl. Mash the boiled dates with the help of a fork and add them to the mixing bowl along with milk, and vanilla extract and mix them well.

Vegan Tiramisu Recipe:

To make the cream, grind the boiled cashews, vanilla extract, and liquid sweetener together.

Line up the baking tray with baking paper and add the tiramisu batter to it. Bake it for 25-30 minutes. And lastly add coffee, water, and ice to a cup.
